To continue the distinguished heritage of the Sounds of Concord, through the promotion and encouragement of vocal harmony and good fellowship among its members by:

· Consistent improvement in chorus performance as measured by contest scores, and;

· Consistent growth in the number of active members through retention programs, new member drives, and increased visibility, and;

· Providing education of its members and public appreciation of barbershop harmony, and;

· Promotion and financial participation in local and Society charitable projects, and;

· Actively participating in the Greater Concord community, providing performances to complement public activities and charitable events, both as entertainment and the active promotion of vocal music.
